Nick Paulukow, President and CEO, established the company with three employees. Paulukow’s entrepreneurial spirit grew a small suite of hosting and web services into who we are today. A comprehensive managed services company serving Central Pennsylvania and Lancaster area businesses.
Our vision is providing an unbelievable experience by cultivating organizations beyond technology.
Our mission is to serve our clients in an ethical manner by developing a road-map for their success and empowering through education. We promote a culture that provides our team an environment to grow and be excited about helping others through compassion, self-awareness, listening and giving back to our community.
The name “ONE 2 ONE” is really who we are. It represents our focus on our clients and their business. Our entire team provides individualized, one-on-one attention throughout each interaction.

Nicholas Paulukow
Nick began his career as an engineer and systems administrator with Geosystems, MapQuest and AOL before founding ONE 2 ONE in 2001. Nick’s entrepreneurial spirit and passion for creating unbelievable client experiences has driven the continued success of the ONE 2 ONE.
Nick’s unique background of both strong technical experience and business acumen allows him to tie business goals and a technology vision that promotes business growth and efficiency. With a “try first, fail fast” mentality, Nick has fostered a culture of teamwork and commitment to deliver technology solutions while quickly earning client trust.
Nick holds a BA in Business Administration from Millersville University in addition to several technical certifications, including Microsoft SQL and MSCE.
Becky Paulukow
Becky Paulukow
Becky has been involved with the company since the beginning. What started out as a part-time role has developed into managing ONE 2 ONE’s Finance and Administration department to support and sustain company development.
Becky’s love of problem solving, organization and details helped her develop a majority of ONE 2 ONE’s standard operating procedures currently in use today. With 17 years of industry experience, she has been instrumental in driving growth and company evolution. Becky has assumed a variety of roles over the years, including customer service, account management, and service coordination. In her current position, Becky manages ONE 2 ONE accounting and human resources, as well as general company administration.
Danielle Haverstick
Danielle Haverstick
Danielle currently oversees ONE 2 ONE’s marketing, business development and sales efforts, while managing major client accounts and overall client satisfaction. Starting in Account Relations, her initial focus was to grow and retain existing client accounts and consult on long-term technology plans. In her current role, Danielle’s focus is to maximize client relationships and ONE 2 ONE’s overall market presence.
A 2010 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a BA in Communications, Danielle has a varied background in client relations, technology planning and communication channel management with C-suite executives and staff end-users alike. Prior to ONE 2 ONE, Danielle served as primary account manager for public institutions (primarily schools, libraries and hospitals) at a telecommunications firm.
