Design, build, configure, and install hardware, software, and network connectivity for both our customers as well as ONE 2 ONE. Candidates will possess a strong understanding of a managed service provider environment. Consultation experience and excellent communication skills are required to make recommendations and resolve complex client issues.

Work Location: Network Operations Center
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and proactively identify service-impacting events
  • Troubleshoot/resolve client issues remotely
Experience Required: 1 – 2 Years IT Service Desk
Certification Required CompTIA A+ or similar experience
IT Support Technician
Work Location: In Office / On-site with clients
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Deploy, troubleshoot, repair hardware/software
  • Participate in after hours on-call rotation
Experience Required: 2 – 4 Years IT direct customer support
Certification Required CompTIA A+
IT Support Engineer
