ONE 2 ONE INC. ANNOUNCES DATE FOR GROUNDBREAKING ON NEW KEYSTONE OPPORTUNITY ZONE HEADQUARTERS
ONE 2 ONE Inc., a local leading computer services and technology consulting and advisory firm, will break ground on a new office at 617 South Water Street, in the Keystone Opportunity Zone of Lancaster city. Groundbreaking is scheduled for March 12, and will mark the beginning of a 1.5 million dollar construction project. The facility was designed by Richard F. Mula Architects. Heck Construction has been contracted for the project.
Upon completion in late summer 2012, the modern, expanded office space will capitalize on ONE 2 ONE’s continued motivation to provide technology education for their customer base and the surrounding community. To accomplish this, adaptable meeting areas have been designed to function as training centers, conference rooms, or collaboration hubs. The building will also feature an access controlled network operations and monitoring center with backup generator and dual internet services, and portability in everything from workspaces to technology, which will allow an even greater focus on the customer’s needs .Turning its focus inward; employees will enjoy the amenities of a relaxing café, an exercise room, and open floor plan throughout the building. With greater space and more abilities to institute the newest technologies, ONE 2 ONE will continue to add both technical and support staff.
